Students in the Ecology of Mifflin County Class work with the Mifflin County Conservation district and the DEP to take measurements of Kish Creek to determine the quality or the watershed.

Students in Ecology class were responsible for growing their own sustainable microgreen crop and marketing it to a farm to table restaurant designed by the Culinary Arts class.

Students designed a sustainable management plan for 400 acres of woods -tasked with a fiscal, wildlife and timber management responsibility

The Ecology of Mifflin County Class designed and facilitated learning stations for all the school district's 5th grade students. The younger students also helped the High School students release the Brook Trout raised in the classroom

Mifflin County High School Trout in the classroom was made possible by sponsorship of the local Penns Creek Trout Unlimited chapter and the PA fish and boat Comission.
